Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Architect located in Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in architectural design projects, preparing technical drawings, collaborating with teams on design concepts, and ensuring the seamless integration of architectural elements. Additional responsibilities include contributing to project management, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and adhering to timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Ability to manage Project Management-related tasks and coordinate effectively with stakeholders
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration for architectural applications
- Proficiency with architectural design tools and software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field required
