Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and development of interior architecture projects, working closely with senior designers and project managers on concept creation, space planning, and detailed drawings. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design presentations, assisting with CAD and 3D modeling, coordinating with consultants and vendors, and contributing to material selection and documentation. The role also involves participating in site visits, tracking design changes, and helping ensure that project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, requiring close collaboration with the studio team and active involvement throughout the design and execution phases.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including space planning, interior layouts, and detailing.
- Ability to work with Integration-focused design processes, collaborating across disciplines and coordinating with PMC and execution teams.
- Basic understanding of project workflows and exposure to Project Management practices in design and construction environments.
- Comfort with design-related Software Development and digital tools, including CAD, BIM, and 3D visualization software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM software, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong visualization skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to interpret and produce technical drawings, and willingness to learn AI-integrated design workflows.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work in a team, and readiness to engage with clients, consultants, and site teams as needed.
