Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Architect, you will work with senior architects and designers to create and develop design ideas for residential, commercial, and office projects.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assist in creating architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
- Help make design presentations for clients.
- Visit project sites to take measurements and check work progress.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and the project team.
- Help select materials, finishes, and furniture.
- Prepare project drawings and other documentation.
- Support the team during both the design and execution stages.
- Ensure designs are practical, attractive, and environmentally friendly.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in architecture or interior design.
- Good knowledge of architectural design, space planning, and drawing preparation.
- Basic understanding of project management and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint is a plus.
