Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect with experience in the real-estate industry. The candidate should possess a strong flair for design along with practical knowledge of Mumbai development regulations and approval processes. The role involves architectural planning, coordination with consultants and government authorities, and handling approval-related documentation and liaison activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts for residential/commercial projects.
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and project teams during planning and execution stages.
- Handle submission drawings and approval documentation as per Mumbai DCPR norms.
- Liaise with government authorities including MCGM, SRA, and other statutory bodies for approvals and permissions.
- Attend government offices for follow-ups related to sanctions, approvals, and compliance matters.
- Ensure project drawings and documents comply with applicable building regulations and development control norms.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and liaison consultants for smooth project execution.
- Assist in preparing presentations, feasibility studies, and design proposals.
- Maintain project documentation, approval records, and correspondence with authorities.
- Support site teams in resolving architectural and execution-related issues when required.
