We are looking for a Junior Archer Developer who has 1-2 years of hands-on experience in RSA Archer development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Archer applications to support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize RSA Archer applications based on business requirements
- Configure workflows, questionnaires, calculated fields, and reports
- Build and manage data feeds and integrations with external systems
- Perform application enhancements, testing, and deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Archer
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and data integrity
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Candidate should not have more than 2 years of experience in RSA Archer development
- Strong understanding of Archer architecture and development concepts
- Experience with workflows, access controls, and advanced configurations
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in Agile or similar development methodologies
Education:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
