Job SummaryWe are looking for Junior and Senior IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Domestic IT Recruitment and be capable of sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions across India.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles in the domestic market.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, and interest.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
- Ensure good candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills- Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Preferred- Experience working with IT service or staffing companies.
- Understanding of various IT technologies and roles.
