Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area for a Junior and Mid-Level Roto and Paint Artist. The role involves creating high-quality clean-up work in paint and performing detailed rotoscoping tasks aligned with production goals. Responsibilities include refining visual effects, collaborating with the VFX and compositing teams, ensuring consistency in quality, and meeting production deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be integral to delivering seamless and visually stunning results for projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in Paint and Painting techniques, with a focus on clean-up work for visual effects
- Proficiency in Art, Animation, and creating refined visual elements
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with VFX and compositing teams
- Attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, and commitment to quality
- Familiarity with relevant industry tools and software, such as Nuke or other compositing platforms
- Prior experience in film, TV, or commercial VFX workflows is a plus
