Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Analytics to own the end-to-end lead to enrollment funnel across channels. This role will be responsible for improving funnel conversion, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and marketing-sales alignment to drive efficient growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strong with analytics and numbers, comfortable working across marketing, sales, and tech, and able to move fast with strong ownership in a high-growth environment.
Role & Responsibilities
● Lead advanced analytics initiatives across growth, product, and learning outcomes to support strategic decision-making.
● Design and implement segmentation frameworks and cross-sell journeys to drive revenue expansion and user engagement.
● Conduct cohort analysis and retention driver deep dives to understand student lifecycle behavior and improve retention.
● Analyze performance marketing data at the ad level to generate insights on new audience reach, audience overlap, creative fatigue, and identify winning creatives.
● Build advanced visualizations and dashboards that track student progress, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness.
● Work on AI-led analytics initiatives, including MCP integrations and multi-agent workflows to enhance automation and insight generation.
● Monitor metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, funnel performance, cohort retention, and revenue trends.
● Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and academic teams to convert analytics into measurable business and learning impact.
● Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms will be an added advantage.
What We’re Looking for :
● 3–6 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Growth Analytics.
● Strong experience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools.
● Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
● Experience in consumer tech, Ed-tech, fintech, gaming, or internet companies is preferred.
