Junior Analyst (Contractor)
Location: Cignus, Powai
Shift Time: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Monday to Saturday – 6 days a week (Saturday working will only be on need basis)
Hiring timeline: Need resources on-boarded starting mid-of next week. Deadline to onboard all: 31st March’26
This will be a pure Work-from-Office role
Job Description
In-person interviews starting Monday 23rd March at our Cignus office
2:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
Running Quality checks of reports generated from different applications.
Identify and review the errors of the tasks conducted.
Data enter base rates and other information to Loan IQ application.
Review and analyse information from WSO and Loan IQ
Any other Adhoc requests (including data analysis)
Ensure completion of tasks according to the timelines.
Communicate verbally and in writing with project team members on projects to ensure appropriate understanding of all projects.
Track all hours worked on each project accurately.
Ensure accurate record keeping and time tracking.
Requirements:
Attention to detail
Basic understanding on Loan IQ application (if any)
6 months to 1 year of experience in data analysis
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint.
Experience in the loan operations or in a service industry highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.
Critical thinking skills.
The ability to efficiently gather and process information in a demanding environment is required.
High proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
