Role: Junior Analyst
Location: Mumai, Powai
Shift Time: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Monday to Saturday – 6 days a week (Saturday working will only be on need basis)
Immediate joiners needed
This will be a pure Work-from-Office role
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Running Quality checks of reports generated from different applications.
- Identify and review the errors of the tasks conducted.
- Data enter base rates and other information to Loan IQ application.
- Review and analyse information from WSO and Loan IQ
- Any other Adhoc requests (including data analysis)
- Ensure completion of tasks according to the timelines.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with project team members on projects to ensure appropriate understanding of all projects.
- Track all hours worked on each project accurately.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and time tracking.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding on Loan IQ application (if any)
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in data analysis
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint.
- Experience in the loan operations or in a service industry highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.
- Critical thinking skills.
- The ability to efficiently gather and process information in a demanding environment is required.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
