We are looking for a highly motivated and innovation-driven AI/ML Associate who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work on real-world AI-driven solutions that enhance business operations and user experiences.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on intelligent systems, predictive models, automation tools, and data-driven applications in a fast-paced technology environment. The candidate will collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to design, build, and optimise AI/ML solutions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
AI/ML Development & Implementation
Assist in developing, training, testing, and deploying Machine Learning and AI models.
Work on real-world AI solutions including prediction models, recommendation systems, NLP, and automation tools.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimisation.
Support the implementation of AI algorithms and data-driven applications.
Data Analysis & Processing
Collect, clean, organise, and analyse structured and unstructured datasets.
Interpret data patterns and generate actionable insights for business improvement.
Work with datasets to improve model accuracy and performance.
Prepare data pipelines and workflows for machine learning projects.
Research & Innovation
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, frameworks, and technologies.
Research emerging technologies in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Automation.
Contribute innovative ideas to improve products, systems, and workflows.
Collaboration & Coordination
Collaborate with software developers, UI/UX teams, product managers, and stakeholders.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and technical discussions.
Assist in integrating AI models into applications and platforms.
Support cross-functional teams in understanding AI-driven solutions.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare technical documentation for AI models, workflows, and project processes.
Generate reports on model performance, training results, and optimisation techniques.
Maintain proper versioning and documentation of experiments and findings.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
0–3 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related technology roles.
Freshers with strong project exposure, internships, or AI certifications are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills Required
Basic understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and AI concepts
Knowledge of Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, or NumPy
Understanding of Data Analytics and Data Processing
Familiarity with APIs, databases, and cloud-based AI tools
Knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, or Generative AI will be an added advantage
Basic understanding of model deployment and optimisation
