Job Title: AI Engineer,
Experience : 1-1.5 Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer with 1-1.5 years of experience to help design,
build, and deploy AI-powered solutions. You will work on real-world healthcare
applications such as intelligent automation, NLP systems, data-driven platforms, and
Agentic systems collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models for production use cases
• Build APIs and backend services to serve AI models
• Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve, transform, and analyze healthcare data from
relational databases
• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Integrate LLMs, NLP, or speech models into applications
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI
solutions
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML development, LLM Platforms – LangChain,
langGraph, RAG systems
• Python programming skills
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
• Experience building APIs (FastAPI/Flask)
• Understanding of model evaluation, overfitting, and validation techniques
• Basic knowledge of deployments, Cloud Plalatforms (gcp, aws, azure)
Good To Have:
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or vector databases, git.
• Exposure to speech, NLP, or summarization systems
