About the Role:Skope Kitchens is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior AI Developer to support the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions across its cloud kitchen operations. This role focuses on leveraging data to improve demand forecasting, optimize operations, and drive business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in developing AI models for demand forecasting across brands, locations, and time slots.
- Support AI-driven solutions to streamline kitchen operations, including order processing and inventory tracking.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and support menu optimization strategies.
- Work with data from platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, and internal POS systems for real-time analytics.
- Ensure accurate data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing from multiple data sources.
- Track key business metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and supply chain to implement AI solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools and technologies.
Key Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience.
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning and data analysis concepts.
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy preferred).
- Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, GitHub, and similar development tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
