Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Advocate role located in Rohini, Delhi. The Junior Advocate will assist in legal research, prepare case briefs and documentation, and appear in court for civil, criminal, and tribunal matters. The role involves collaborating with senior advocates on various legal issues, consulting with clients, and managing case files. The candidate will also be expected to stay updated on legal developments and adhere to professional ethics and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of civil law, criminal law, and legal procedures
- Skills in legal research, drafting, and documentation
- Ability to manage court appearances and assist in hearings
- Proficiency in communication, client consultation, and teamwork
- Familiarity with family law, property law, and corporate law is an advantage
- Bar Council registration and a law degree (LLB or equivalent)
- Strong ethical standards and ability to work under deadlines
