Job details:
We are seeking a qualified Advocate with experience in real estate legal matters. The candidate should have strong knowledge of property laws, title due diligence, RERA compliance, and drafting of real estate documents. The role involves handling documentation, regulatory compliance, and providing legal advisory support for property transactions and developments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct title due diligence and prepare title reports
2. Draft and review property-related documents (sale deeds, lease deeds, agreements, POA, etc.)
3. Handle real estate litigation and represent before courts and authorities
4. Ensure compliance with RERA, municipal laws, and land revenue regulations
5. Provide legal opinions on property transactions and development projects
Requirements
1. LLB/LLM with Bar Council enrollment
2. Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in real estate legal matters
3. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Job Timing:- 10 am to 7 pm
Salary: As per experience
