Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Advocate, based in Delhi, India. The Junior Advocate will assist in drafting legal documents, conducting research, providing legal opinions, and handling litigation matters under the supervision of senior attorneys. Responsibilities also include meetings with clients, attending court proceedings, and ensuring timely preparation of legal documentation. The role offers a hands-on opportunity to build expertise in both litigation and corporate advisory practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Research, Drafting, and Case Analysis
- Experience in Court Procedure, Case Filing, and Documentation
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Capacity to Manage Multiple Cases and Meet Deadlines
- Knowledge of litigation and corporate advisory practices is an advantage
- LLB degree from a recognized university and enrollment as an advocate with a Bar Council
- Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively within a team
