Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Admissions Counselor at the Tilak Nagar branch of BIA’s Janakpuri, Delhi Campus. The Junior Admissions Counselor will assist prospective students and their families through the admissions process, provide accurate information about programs and courses, and support students in making informed decisions about their education goals. The role involves responding to inquiries, coordinating admissions activities, and ensuring a seamless admissions experience for all applicants.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to build relationships with students and their families
- Proficiency in Customer Service practices and the ability to address inquiries effectively
- Experience in Sales and the ability to guide students towards enrollment decisions
- Interest in Education and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in Education, Counseling, or Business is an advantage
- Prior experience in admissions or customer-facing roles is a plus
