Job Summary
The Junior Accounts Executive will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, support statutory compliance, and help in preparing financial reports. The role requires basic accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Highlights of the Role:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and expense claims.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in closing accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with Tally, ERP systems, or accounting software
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
Experience Required
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance
