About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for professionals who are keen to build expertise in accounting, compliance, financial reporting, vendor management, and client account management within a dynamic real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Operations
* Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
* Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
* Process vendor payments and monitor outstanding payables.
* Track customer collections and follow up on receivables.
* Ensure timely invoicing and payment reconciliation.
Client & Vendor Management
* Manage client accounts, payment schedules, invoicing, and account reconciliations.
* Coordinate vendor onboarding and maintain vendor records.
* Assist in vendor payment planning and account management.
Cash Flow & Reporting
* Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.
* Support preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis.
* Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Compliance & Audits
* Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
* Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
* Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
Process Improvement
* Maintain financial controls, processes, and documentation standards.
* Support initiatives to improve financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Mandatory Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
* Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
*Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with a Real Estate Developer.
* Experience in Construction or Contracting companies
