Key responsibilities include processing invoices, posting journal entries, supporting tax compliance, and using software like Excel or QuickBooks to support the finance department's efficiency. WeCP WeCP 5 Key Responsibilities and Duties Data Entry & Maintenance: Recording daily financial transactions, maintaining general ledger accounts, and updating financial records. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Processing vendor invoices, expense forms, and issuing payments, while reconciling accounts receivable. Bank Reconciliation: Comparing company bank statements to internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies. Financial Reporting Support: Assisting with month-end and year-end closings, preparing balance sheets, and income statements. Compliance & Auditing: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (GAAP, etc.) and supporting internal/external audits. Administrative Finance Tasks: Managing petty cash, preparing tax reports, and assisting with budget preparations. Workable Workable 7 Required Skills and Qualifications Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically required.
