Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions, including membership fees, event income, and bar/restaurant sales (if applicable)
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documents
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Handle member billing, receipts, and follow-ups on outstanding dues
- Prepare bank and cash reconciliations
- Maintain vendor invoices, payments, and expense records
- Ensure compliance with club policies and applicable accounting regulations
