About The Role
We are looking for a
Junior Accountant who is detail oriented, curious and keen to build a strong foundation in accounting.
This is an entry level opportunity where you will work closely with the finance team, get hands on exposure to day to day accounting and understand how finance works across a diversified business group.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with day to day accounting and financial transactions
- Maintain and update books of accounts and accounting records
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities
- Assist with bank reconciliations, invoices and expense entries
- Help with monthly closing and financial reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance and accounting requirements
- Support the team with audits, documentation and other accounting activities
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting
- Graduate in Commerce, preferably B.Com
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Comfortable working with Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and a numbers mindset
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Someone who is eager to learn, take ownership and grow with the team
