💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with minimum 1 year of experience to join our finance team in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping and maintaining Tally records up to date (major priority)
• Record daily accounting transactions and maintain financial records
• Work with accounting software such as Tally and Swipe
• Prepare purchase and sales invoices using Swipe software
• Perform basic reconciliations including bank reconciliation, GST reconciliation, and TDS reconciliation
• Pass bank entries and maintain proper accounting documentation
• Assist in GST and TDS return filings
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support month-end closing and preparation of financial reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with Tally and Swipe billing software
• Knowledge of GST and TDS filings and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
