Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accountant, located in Serilingampalli. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, handling invoices, and preparing financial statements. Responsibilities also include assisting with budgeting, expense monitoring, and compliance with financial regulations. Collaboration with team members and maintaining accurate records will be key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and preparing financial statements
- Experience in budget management, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of accounting software and tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
- Understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and tax-related processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the construction industry or a similar role is a plus
