Annual CTC For :- Fresher (0–1 year): ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month
1–2 years of experience: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Junior Accountant will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and supporting accounts payable and receivable activities. Responsibilities include preparing vouchers, invoices, and basic journal entries, assisting in bank reconciliations and petty cash management, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for documentation, resolving basic accounting queries, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and standard accounting practices. The Junior Accountant will work closely with senior finance team members to provide accurate financial data and support routine financial reporting and audits.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and general ledger management.
- Ability to work with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and good proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow established procedures, and adhere to compliance and audit requirements.
- Educational background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; pursuing professional certifications (CA/ICWA/CPA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Prior internship or 0–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a corporate or multi-entity environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt in a diversified business environment, and support multiple business units as needed.
