Position: Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant
Experience Minimum: 1-2 Years Only
Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Salary: 2.4 LPA to 3 LPA (This role is aligned with entry-level compensation)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 4+ years of experience in the hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping in Tally Prime /Google sheets.
• Prepare GST working and assist auditors/CA Team during GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
• Handle TDS computation, deduction, deposit, and support filing of quarterly TDS returns (Form 26Q, 24Q).
• Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and vendor/client account management.
• Assist the team with invoice clarifications and supporting documentation.
• Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and CA Team during statutory audits.
• Maintain and organize accounting records and supporting documents in organizing structure
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• B.Com/ M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of GST laws, filing, and reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with TDS provisions under the Income Tax Act
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and Indian tax regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
• Knowledge of Receipts, Payments, Sales, Purchases, and Expenses
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Preferred (Good to Have)
• Experience working with a CA firm or under a Chartered Accountant
• Knowledge of Income Tax return filing (ITR)
• Familiarity with payroll processing and PF/ESI compliance
• Inter CA / CA Article ship experience is a plus
