Role Description

This is a full-time Junior Accountant role based on-site in Pune City. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and assisting in budget preparation. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting internal audits. The role also includes assisting with payroll processing, expense tracking, and data entry while contributing to overall financial operations.

Key Responsibility Area of Finance.

 Goods knowledge of GL reviews.

 Goods understanding of accounting standards.

 Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and interact internally and externally on a daily basis.

 Advanced knowledge of excel.

 SAP B1 and Tally 9 software experience would be an advantage.

 Solid Banking transactions knowledge.

 Strong experience in Inventory audit and reconciliation, bank reconciliation, customer and Vendors ledger reconciliation.

 Knowledge of TDS & 26 AS , GSTR1, GST3B, GST Annual return.

 Ability to handle compliance for GST, VAT, PF, ESIC, MLW.

 Candidate must be well versed with Ind-AS, GST and Income Tax and can assist in audit procedures as well.

Experience 1-3 yrs in Accounting

• Education: B.com, MBA finance
