Scope of Work
Purchase, Imprest & Inventory accounting
Planning and supporting daily operations team on all processes including invoicing, ledgers and logistics
Vendor management and procurement
Expense sheets and petty cash management
Direct 1-1 client communication over phone occasionally when needed
Managing the flow of cash and resources Tracking expenses and planning budgets and timelines
Coordinating with vendors and agencies and the internal team
