Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Indore. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records, assisting in budget preparation, reconciling bank statements, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The role also includes generating financial reports, providing administrative support during audits, and working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Accounting and proficiency in using accounting software
- Ability to perform Reconciliations, manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, and prepare Financial Statements
- Understanding of Taxation, Compliance, and relevant regulatory requirements in India
- Proficient in MS Excel and other financial reporting tools
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with financial data accurately
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Relevant education, such as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Prior internship or experience in accounting or working with a CA firm is a plus
