Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Junior Accountant to join our team in Raipur. This is an on-site, full-time position. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial discrepancies, assisting in budget preparation, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. The role also involves collaborating with team members to streamline accounting processes and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers
- Assist in preparation of invoices, vouchers, and reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Support GST compliance and documentation
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
- Understanding of GST and accounting principles
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
