Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Junior Accountant. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports. The role will also encompass assisting with budgeting, auditing, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards to support the financial operations of the company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of taxation and compliance regulations
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience or internships in accounting will be an advantage
