Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting in daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with financial regulations and collaborating with team members to provide key financial insights.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including proficiency in maintaining financial records and reconciling accounts
- Proficiency in financial reporting and supporting month-end and year-end closings
- Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience in GST1A,3B returns, PF & TCS returns.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in an accounting role or internship is an advantage
