Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role located in Gurugram. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in budget preparation, and processing invoices and expenses. The role involves preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and supporting compliance with financial regulations and audits. Collaboration with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and assisting in the implementation of efficient financial practices are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ledger management
- Proficiency in accounting Tally software
- Analytical skills with experience in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management and reconciliation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
