✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🎓 B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
📊 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience
💻 Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
🖥️ Working knowledge of ERP software (Odoo/Zoho/ SAP )
📚 Strong understanding of accounting principles — GL, AP/AR, reconciliations
🗣️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
📋 Knowledge of GST/TDS compliance is a plus

🌟 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️ Day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger management
✔️ Bank reconciliation & vendor account reconciliation
✔️ Assist in financial statement preparation
✔️ Handle AP/AR transactions
✔️ ERP data entry & MIS reporting
✔️ Support month-end & year-end closing
