Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Pune District. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing general accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, assisting with tax returns filing, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role involves working closely with the finance team to support day-to-day financial operations and maintaining accurate records for decision-making purposes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping, including maintaining financial records and reconciling accounts
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax filing processes, and compliance with financial regulations
- Familiarity with accounting software, Excel, and other financial tools
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with an accounting team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant experience in accounting or financial management is a plus
