Summary:

The Accountant will play a vital role in financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and transparency across all accounting practices to support dynamic business growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST filings - monthly, quarterly, and annual returns.
- Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS; manage quarterly TDS returns and Form 16/16A issuance.
- Monitor vendor payments, input credit tracking, and record expense entries.
- Manage all accounting entries in Tally and maintain updated ledgers.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and expense reports using Excel.
- Liaise with internal teams and external auditors for books closure and audit queries.
- Ensure compliance with all finance processes, regulatory timelines, and documentation requirements.
- Oversee treasury operations, including execution of bank payments and management of petty cash.
Qualifications:
- BFA/ B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter) , or a related discipline (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience (preferably in AIF/ VC/ PE/ NBFC / Investment firm)
- Basic understanding of fund accounting and financial regulations
- Strong proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and standard accounting software.
- Experience in GST/TDS filings, expense management, and audit support.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate in a team-based environment.
