Job Overview:
Charisma Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with strong accounting knowledge to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and are eager to gain practical exposure in financial operations.

📍 Location: Indore (Work From Office)
💰 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 CTC
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledger and journal entries
Work on preparation and analysis of financial statements
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions with accuracy
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Assist in account reconciliation and audit processes
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

✅ Requirements:
Strong accounting fundamentals and principles
Hands-on understanding of ledger, journal entries, and financial statements
High accuracy and attention to detail
Commerce background is mandatory

💻 Technical Skills:
Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)

🎓 Educational Qualification:
B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Non-Technical)
Must have studied Commerce in 11th & 12th
