Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accountant for a full-time on-site role located in Raipur. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with monthly and annual financial closings. Additional responsibilities include generating financial reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Experience with accounting software and tools, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tax regulations, GST, and compliance requirements in India
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in the agricultural or wholesale industry is a plus
