Position: Junior Account Manager (Performance Marketing)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Account Manager with hands-on experience in both Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google/YouTube Ads. This role is a blend of client relationship management and performance marketing oversight — you’ll act as the bridge between clients and our internal media buying team, ensuring campaigns deliver results while clients feel supported and informed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and trust.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals (leads, sales calls, program enrollments) and translate them into performance-driven ad strategies.
- Collaborate with media buyers, creative teams, and funnel specialists to oversee campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM) and proactively recommend optimizations and scaling strategies.
- Provide clients with clear, insightful performance reports and explain results in a way that builds confidence and transparency.
- Guide creative strategy for ad copy, hooks, and funnels tailored to high-ticket coaching programs.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across ad platforms and funnels.
- Identify growth opportunities for clients (upsells, cross-channel expansion, funnel improvements).
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in account management within a performance marketing agency.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google/YouTube Ads.
- Proven experience managing campaigns for coaching, consulting, or online education businesses.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and suggest optimizations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain strategies and results to clients.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with high-ticket coaching funnels (webinars, VSLs, application funnels).
- Familiarity with tracking and funnel platforms (GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Zapier).
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint Certifications.
