Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Client Specialist / Account Manager. The Client Specialist / Account Manager will serve as a bridge between Futwork’s operations and its clients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, monitoring service delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance metrics to optimize results and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction.
Job Location - Marol, Andheri East. Mumbai
This is a junior role. Budget - INR 3.6 - 6 LPA
Immediate joinees highly preferred
Qualifications
- Client relationship management and account management expertise - 2 years
- Problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage
- Proactive and adaptable approach to on-site work; ability to take initiative and collaborate effectively
- Experience in contact center operations or customer success roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
