Role Description
This is a full-time, Junior Account Manager position located in Mumbai. The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with client accounts, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, identifying opportunities for upselling, managing project timelines, and addressing any client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive communication and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong account management skills, including client communication, relationship building, and managing customer expectations
- Project management skills such as planning, coordination, and timeline adherence for successful project execution
- Basic understanding of Cloud, DevSecOps, and digital transformation concepts with a willingness to learn and grow technical knowledge
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns and recommend suitable solutions
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and foster a team-oriented spirit
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (experience in a SaaS or tech environment is an added advantage)
- A proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
