About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, client-obsessed Account Manager to be the bridge between Marqence and our brand partners. You'll own client relationships, drive campaign success, and ensure every client feels like our only client. If you thrive in fast-paced marketing environments and love turning strategy into results ā this is your role.
What You'll Do
ā Manage a portfolio of client accounts from onboarding through campaign delivery and reporting ā Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining proactive and professional communication at all times ā Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to ensure timely, on-brief delivery ā Understand client goals and translate them into actionable campaign briefs ā Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and present key insights to clients ā Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow accounts organically

ā Social Media Marketing (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) ā Influencer Marketing ā end-to-end campaign coordination ā UGC (User Generated Content) Video Production ā Paid Social & Performance Marketing ā Content Strategy & Editorial Planning
What We're Looking For
ā 2+ years in an account management or client servicing role ā Previous experience at a marketing or creative agency is a strong plus ā
ā Solid understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and digital marketing services ā Exceptional written and verbal communication ā you write clearly and speak confidently ā Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines ā Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment ā Proficient with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
