Role Description
This is a full-time Junior Account Manager role based in Faridabad, with a hybrid working model that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, coordinating projects, managing deliverables, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include acting as a point of contact for clients, assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, preparing progress reports, and liaising between the internal team and clients to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Client management and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Project coordination, organizational skills, and the ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Clear understanding of the latest trends in Marketing, Social Media Management, and Online Sales strategies.
- Proficiency in tools for content creation, campaign planning, and online reputation management.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with CRM systems or marketing platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
