Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Account Manager located in Kolkata. The Junior Account Manager will manage client relationships, coordinate project deliverables, and ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, assisting in strategy development, managing project timelines, preparing progress reports, and addressing client inquiries. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring the achievement of project goals.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle client interactions and team collaboration
- Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to address client challenges
- Strong Understanding of Social Media and how content works
- Prior experience or internship in account management or client service is an advantage
