About The Opportunity
Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. is a leading player in the premium rice export and agri-commodity sector, powering global supply chains with quality-assured, traceable basmati rice. We operate at the intersection of agriculture, logistics, and international trade — where precision accounting, compliance, and real-time financial control drive operational excellence. As we scale our export footprint, we’re seeking a detail-driven Junior Account Executive with hands-on Tally Prime experience to ensure our books are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.
Role & Responsibilities
- Record daily transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments accurately in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts on a weekly basis.
- Generate GST invoices, input/output tax summaries, and e-Way bills compliant with Indian tax regulations.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, trial balances, and MIS for senior management review.
- Support audit documentation, maintain digital and physical invoice archives, and ensure Tally data integrity.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to validate transactional data and resolve discrepancies.

- Basic understanding of export documentation or agri-commodity trade
- Experience with Tally ERP 9 (migration to Prime is a plus)
- Knowledge of e-Invoicing or Sahyog/IRP systems
