We currently focus on selling ‘buyer intelligence’ to sales teams. We provide previously impossible insights about the buyers to our users, which help them personalize every interaction and build trustworthy connections that otherwise would not be possible. Gartner has listed us as one of the only 5 Sales AI products that enterprise sales teams should use. We are taught as part of coursework at universities like Indiana University and Baylor University.
Our customers include enterprises like AWS, NextEra Energy and Cushman & Wakefi eld; startups like Domo, AcuityMD, Gitlab and even the sales team at the legendary Manchester United.
And we have just about started!
Key Responsibilities
● Master the Humantic AI product, and Buyer Intelligence segment.
● Evangelize ‘buyer intelligence’ and educate customers on its benefits.
● Pick up inbound leads that show high usage or purchase intent and guide them to closure; Conduct demos and closing calls as necessary.
● Be assertive and disciplined with follow-ups, ensuring no leads are dropped.
● Maintain a high velocity in your sales approach, pushing deals forward with speed and efficiency.
● Have an ability to generate your own pipeline as and when needed.
● Contribute to refi ning and iterating sales processes, developing playbooks, and providing insights to leadership.
● Follow sales processes with rigor and discipline, setting an example for other team members.
● Maintain a high velocity in your sales approach, pushing deals forward with speed and efficiency.

Requirements
What Really Matters:-
● A proven track record of exceeding targets and achieving signifi cant sales success.
● A trailblazing track record of consistently exceeding targets, President’s Clubs and such. Or signifi cant success in selling an early stage, hard to sell, category creating product.
● 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 1 year in a closing role, selling to individual or SMB customers; OR a trailblazing track record, exceeding the goals quarter after quarter, as a BDR at another SaaS company for 2+ years.
● Aggressiveness in follow-ups and maintaining a high-velocity sales approach.
● Ability to customize pitches on the fl y and build a scientifi c approach to sales.
● A highly disciplined and structured approach (non-negotiable) along with hustle and determination.
● Competitive nature with a history of over-achieving quotas.
● Passion for technology and software, and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed.
● Experience with various tools including CRM, SEP, Conversational AI and other Sales AI tools.
● Strong personal values and a dedication to client success
● Willingness to work USA hours as our clients/prospects are based out of this geography.
● US Selling Experience strongly preferred; alternatively, candidates must have sold to mid-market in the EMEA region.

● Prior knowledge or experience selling to salespeople.
● Participation in competitive sports at a serious level in the past.

● The school or college that you have gone to.
● Your scores and grades in school.
Personality Expectations We believe that it takes a certain kind of person to do a certain kind of work well. For this role, we expect you to be a go-getter with an ability to hit goals at any cost. You probably enjoy endurance sports or other activities that need you to push yourself to your physical and mental limits. You probably have been competitive for as long as you can remember. You expect very highly of yourself and being less than ideal anywhere almost pains you. On the other side, there is only one thing that we care for apart from performance - your values. We have room for mistakes on the performance side, we have no room for mistakes on your values.

More than anything else, we look for exceptions. And accomplishments. Both across professional life as well as personal life.
We believe that only a few people become great later in their life. Those who become great have usually shown some signs of greatness, big or small, right from their early years. They probably did something great at school, something great during college, in their community, professional life and so on.
All of them do not have to be ‘usual’ accomplishments or exceptions. Dropping out of college to pursue sports (or acting, or a startup) is not an accomplishment for example, but it surely is an ‘exception’. Becoming a national level sportsperson is an accomplishment. Becoming an international level sportsperson is an even bigger accomplishment.
We look for such exceptional and/or accomplished people. If you don’t have something like this in your profi le, odds are that you would not get shortlisted.
