Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Account Executive role based in Karur. In this position, you will collaborate with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions, manage and nurture client relationships, and generate new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also assist in market research to identify new opportunities and participate in strategy discussions with the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
- Sales skills, including lead generation and opportunity analysis
- Ability to conduct market research and present strategic recommendations
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales, client management, or a related field is a plus
