Role Description
As a Junior Account Executive, you will assist in cultivating and managing client relationships, ensuring effective communication and support. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, preparing proposals, and managing accounts to meet client expectations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to provide solutions tailored to client needs, track progress, and maintain records. This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively
- Proficiency in market research and account management
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to analyze client requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Knowledge of legal, auditing, or professional services sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
