We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoices, managing daily transactions, and assisting with GST and bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / accounting software
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, and payments
- Prepare and manage invoices & purchase orders
- Handle GST data entry and assist in GST filing
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for payment follow-ups
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
- 1 years experience in accounting
- Knowledge of Tally / Busy / Zoho Books
- Basic understanding of GST & taxation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce accounting
- Knowledge of export documentation
- Understanding of payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, etc.)
