Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Account & Admin Executive based in Rajkot. In this role, you will manage daily administrative tasks, oversee financial records, process transactions, handle petty cash, and ensure compliance with tax regulations such as GST. You will assist with financial reporting, monitor budgets, and support the efficient management of office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in financial tasks including handling Petty Cash and preparing Financial Statements
- Experience with Accounting Software (Miracle) and managing financial data & prepare reports in accounting software (Miracle)
- Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and compliance & basic taxation record
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Manage invoices, payments and expense records with excellent numerical and analytical abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (BCom, MCom or BBA/MBA in Finance)
- Experience: 1-2 Years
